These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BodyMatch website at https://bodymatch.top ("Website," "Service," or "App") and all services provided by BodyMatch. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of BodyMatch

BodyMatch is an intelligent fitness transformation tracking platform that helps users visualize their progress and stay motivated on their fitness journey. The Service includes visual progress tracking, habit management, goal setting, motivational content, and analytics tools to support your fitness transformation.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use BodyMatch, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

BodyMatch offers multiple subscription tiers:

- Free Plan: Basic access with limited features
- Plus Plan: Enhanced features with unlimited habits and cloud backup
- Pro Plan: Premium features including AI predictions and advanced tools

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BodyMatch, including progress photos, habit data, and personal information. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Violates the privacy or rights of others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BodyMatch only for lawful purposes. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
